Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we want to help make it right.

Physical products:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unwritten in, undamaged, and in resalable condition. 

To start a return, email us at support@nextchapterhomeschool.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital products and downloadable files:
All digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical issue with a digital purchase, contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

Course access:
Online course purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@nextchapterhomeschool.com with your order number. We reserve the right to determine whether course content has been used in a way that affects eligibility.

Damaged or incorrect orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
